Andrew & Avril. Andrew
is the visionary who launched the charities. At the age
of 17 he visited a special village in Scotland, where
orphan children lived in small family homes, together
with their house parents. The happy atmosphere made such
an impression on him, that Andrew held onto a dream of
providing similar loving family homes for orphan children,
one day. He has a big heart for orphan children and his
passion is to help them to achieve their fullest potential.
Andrew and his wife, Avril, now live and work in Belarus,
to turn the dream into a reality!

Masha is
the secretary of Dream Kids but that is just the start
of the many talents that she brings to her work. She is
a competent translator; she has an artistic flair and
enjoys using her creativity for the charity; but most
of all, she loves the children very much and is like a
big sister to them all. They always enjoy seeing her.

Suzanne is
the administrator of Top Kids. She kindly fulfils her
responsibilities on a voluntary basis. Over the past twenty
years she has worked as the administrator of a local charity;
an international communications company and she is currently
the group acountant of a car dealership.

|
Artium is
the person who keeps all of the accounts in order for
Dream Kids. His financial expertise is very much appreciated.
He totally believes in our vision for the orphan children
and will help us to develop a financial team as the
work-load increases. |
|
|
Sergie is
our legal expert in Belarus. Contracts are required
for just about everything we do, so it is excellent
that we have someone on our team who understands all
the legal technicalities! Sergie also a member of the
Board of Directors, for Dream Kids. |

Olga works
in the hospital baby unit that
we support. The children are either orphans or they have
been abandoned by their mother at birth. Some of them
can be in the unit for a whole year. Olga gives
the
babies the motherly love that they so desperately need.
She loves them all very much and she really enjoys her work,
even though it can be quite emotional at times. |

Alan
Shearn, Pete Northey, Pete Hammond and Daniel Sams are
the trustees of TOP Kids.Alan is a Regional Manager of a major
international chemicals company. Pete Northey runs his own
electrical business, Pete Hammond has now retired from his
very successful optician's business and Daniel is a technician.
Together they provide many years
of experience
from working in the voluntary sector for charities.

Strategy
and Business Support
All of our UK staff are working on a voluntary basis and without
their dedication to the cause, it would be difficult to develop
this growing charity. We are particularly grateful to Pete
and
Ailsa, who are working hard to impliment a better strategy
of support, especially from the business sector. |
