Orphan children – face traumas in life that should never be experienced by anyone! Not only do they lose the security of their home and the love of their parents, but often they are treated as a nuisance - at the bottom of the pile! TOP Kids! is determined to help them feel special and let them know that there are people who really care about them. We believe that every individual deserves to be respected and every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in a loving, safe, and positive environment, with lots of encouragement. We called our charity Top Kids! because we want the orphan children to know that they can still achieve great things in life, no matter what has happened to them. Our Vision - is achieved by recruiting and supporting people in Belarus, who are willing to become foster parents. We do this by sponsoring the families, to help with the everyday costs. One of our goals is to build small villages of homes, where foster families can support each other and the children can enjoy great play areas. TOP Kids! works in partnership with Dream Kids! [Deti Mechty], which is our charity in Belarus. A UK charity is not allowed to operate within Belarus, so we launched Dream Kids. There is a legally binding agreement between the two charities. In practice, we are effectively all one team, working together to give the children a better future. Meet the team. Registered Charity TOP Kids! is a charity registered in England [#1109294]. Currently there are three trustees who share the responsibility for the charity. Our accounts are fully audited and details submitted to the charity commission annually.
